In the Navy…

Hi Everyone and Welcome back! I know by now you know me and how I feel about blue, but I didn’t have a lot of the color Navy in my closet and couldn’t tell you why I’d steer clear of this particular shade. It bugged me enough that I didn’t have it that I started actively looking to add it to my wardrobe and in the process fell in love with the hue.

My first addition of Navy was a big gorgeous handbag named “Rocklan” by JustFab (purchased last year) and when I saw how dark the color was but still pigmented to show that it had color that made you see it wasn’t the color black I was intrigued. I decided I needed more of this Fab and versatile color. My next addition was a chiffon long sleeve navy off the shoulder top with blush flowers. It was so cute and flowy with a touch of sexy because of the off the shoulder aspect. My navy collection began to grow.

Recently a coat that I received from my first PS by JustFab box (see two previous posts) and fell in love with (The Faux Suede Drape Coat) came in 2 other colors, Oxblood (Bordeaux which as you know a favorite of mine) and Navy! I HAD to have them both! So during one of JustFab‘s awesome sales I ordered the navy coat and these phenomenal OTK heeled boots in navy named “Leona”. To me they were a match made in heaven and I think when you see the pictures you’ll agree. As you can see not only is Leona a gorgeous boot because of her rich navy color but she’s also sensible because of her chunky heel for more comfortable and longer wear but she’s also sexy because of her lacing detail in the back that could play peek a boo when paired with a skirt or dress. Did I mention she comes in Wide Calf and Wide Width and is super comfy? You’re welcome! 😉 The Faux Suede Drape Coat is pretty perfect in any color. The navy off the shoulder top worked perfectly with this look as well with its pops of blush from the flowers making the top pop. The JustFab jeans Im wearing in cool blue contrast beautifully with all the Navy in this ensemble. I loved how they all came together to make this Navy look grab attention.

With my newest additions fitting in so beautifully I know I’m very happy to be in the navy. How about you? Did you love anything from this look? What would you have added or changed about this look? Are you a fan of Navy? I’d love to know! Drop a Comment down below. As always Thanks so much for stopping by! Wishing you and your loved ones a Very Merry Christmas!
